how we price things

Every appointment Morue undertakes is tailored to you personally. Following a consultation the chef will prepare a quotation based upon:

• The number of guests
• The cost of the ingredients
• Preparation and cooking times
• Travel

A waiter service can be added at extra cost if required. Put simply we will charge you for the ingredients and for preparing and cooking them. Prices start from £350 (not including ingredients)

payment and cancellation policy

We require a deposit of 50% of the quoted cost to secure the booking.

Full payment is settled on the day of the event.

If you cancel the booking 5 days or more prior to the event we will charge you 25% (or half the deposit) of the full quoted cost.

If the booking is cancelled within 5 days of the event, you will be charged the full deposit.
